In this study, the iron nanoparticles (Fe NPs) extract were synthesized by saffron tepal. Fe NPs were utilized for chromium (Cr) (VI) removal from the aqueous solution. Maximum adsorption efficiency Cr (VI) was achieved at pH 2, reaction time 240 min, and Fe NPs dosage 2 g/L.
