Zhongguo youzhi为得到遗传性状稳定、高产花生四烯酸（ARA）的高山被孢霉菌株，以实验室保藏的高山被孢霉FD-1为出发菌株，采用紫外-LiCl联合常压室温等离子体（ARTP）技术进行诱变处理，并进行TTC平板初筛和摇瓶发酵复筛。结果表明，经紫外-LiCl联合ARTP诱变处理，获得一株高产ARA的高山被孢霉突变株Z6-A23。菌株Z6-A23所产油脂中ARA含量高达44.57%，ARA产量达3.62 g/L，分别较出发菌株FD-1提高了75.40%和223.21%。经10次传代培养，突变株Z6-A23代谢合成ARA性能稳定，
