Markedly enhanced intratumoral spread and antitumor effect of oncolytic adenovirus expressing decorin [PDF]
With the aim of improving viral distribution and tumor penetration, we have engineered decorin expressing replication-incompetent (dl-LacZ-DCNG) and -competent (Ad-[DELTA]E1B-DCNG) adenoviruses.

Cytolytic Effects of Newcastle Disease Virus Strain Af2240 on Dbtrg.05mg and U-87mg Brain Tumor Cell Lines [PDF]
Newcastle disease virus (NDV) is a potential oncolytic agent as it can replicate up to 10,000 times better in human cancer cells than in most normal human cells. Several strains of NDV were reported to induce cytolysis to various cancerous cell lines.
