Insecticide and Acaricide Tests, 1985Abstract Laboratory studies were conducted to determine any differences in initial and residual effectiveness of registered insecticides. A stock solution of each insecticide (Lorsban 4EC; Parathion 8EC; Diazinon 4EC; Phosdrin 4EC) was diluted to 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 of the recommended field rate of 0.5 lb (AI)/acre.

Reduction of Onion Thrips in Transplanted Onion

Treatments were arranged in 1-row plots 40 ft long, replicated 4 times in a randomized block design.
