The Influence of Online Booking Platforms on Travel Decision-Making
The purpose of this study is to identify the fundamental reasons why and how tourists are influenced by online booking platforms. Through a mixed approach, which includes qualitative research and a comparative analysis, we found that online reviews and accessibility of booking platforms are essential reasons in the process of their selection.
