Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Ontology Matching with Knowledge Rules
Ontology matching is the process of automatically determining the semantic equivalences between the concepts of two ontologies. Most ontology matching algorithms are based on two types of strategies: terminology-based strategies, which align concepts ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Bayesian Evaluation and Comparison of Ontology Alignment Systems
Ontology alignment systems are evaluated by various performance scores, which are usually computed by a ratio related directly to the frequency of the true positives.

An API for Ontology Alignment [PDF]
Ontologies are seen as the solution to data heterogeneity on the web. However, the available ontologies are themselves source of heterogeneity. This can be overcome by aligning ontologies, or finding the correspondence between their components. These alignments deserve to be treated as objects: they can be referenced on the web as such, be completed by

Ontology Alignment using Stable Matching
Ontology matching is a solution to the problem of semantic heterogeneity in the integration and sharing of information. It consists in establishing mappings between entities which semantically belong to different ontologies.

dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...
