Generation and matching of ontology data for the semantic web in a peer-to-peer framework [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
The abundance of ontology data is very crucial to the emerging semantic web. This paper proposes a framework that supports the generation of ontology data in a peer-to-peer environment.

Complex Ontology Matching Based on Path Feature [PDF]

open access: yesJisuanji gongcheng, 2017
The complex ontology matching methods are mainly classified into correspondence pattern based methods and machine learning based ones. The former are heuristic ones that are designed with some knowledge about the ontologies to be aligned and the latter ...

Integration of ontology data through learning instance matching [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
Information integration with the aid of ontology can roughly be divided into two levels: schema level and data level. Most research has been focused on the schema level, i.e., mapping/matching concepts and properties in different ontologies with each ...

Ontology Matching with Knowledge Rules

open access: yes, 2015
Ontology matching is the process of automatically determining the semantic equivalences between the concepts of two ontologies. Most ontology matching algorithms are based on two types of strategies: terminology-based strategies, which align concepts ...

Optimizing Sensor Ontology Alignment through Compact co-Firefly Algorithm

open access: yesSensors, 2020
Semantic Sensor Web (SSW) links the semantic web technique with the sensor network, which utilizes sensor ontology to describe sensor information. Annotating sensor data with different sensor ontologies can be of help to implement different sensor ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

CroMatcher 2.0: A Comprehensive Analysis of the Improved Ontology Matching System

open access: yesIEEE Access
One of the main challenges in ontology matching is to match ontologies with high accuracy. Therefore, ontology matching systems typically use multiple basic matchers, each targeting a specific ontology component for the matching process.
