CDK4/6 Inhibition Induces CD8+ T Cell Antitumor Immunity via MIF‐Induced Functional Orchestration of Tumor‐Associated Macrophages

CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.

Genomics Insights Into High‐Latitude Adaptation of Tibetan Macaques

Tibetan macaques exhibit unique adaptations to cold, high‐latitude environments, including shortened tails and enhanced fat storage. Genomic analyses reveal a species‐specific TBX6 mutation linked to tail reduction and selection on lipid metabolism genes.

We investigate a fiat money system introduced by the Bank of Amsterdam in 1683. Using data from the Amsterdam Municipal Archives, we partially reconstruct changes in the bank's balance sheet from 1666 through 1702.

Die Open Archives Initiative ist inzwischen drei Jahre alt. Das Protokoll für das Harvesting von Metadaten liegt nun seit Juni/Juli 2002 in der Version 2.0 vor. Der Workshop soll in die Grundlagen des Protokolls einführen. Neben der Einführung wird ein zweiter Schwerpunkt des Workshops der Einsatz des Protokolls auf Verbundebene in NRW sein.
