Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

Targeting p38α in cancer: challenges, opportunities, and emerging strategies
p38α normally regulates cellular stress responses and homeostasis and suppresses malignant transformation. In cancer, however, p38α is co‐opted to drive context‐dependent proliferation and dissemination. p38α also supports key functions in cells of the tumor microenvironment, including fibroblasts, myeloid cells, and T lymphocytes.

Inequalities connected with averaging operators
Abstract The purpose of the present paper is to investigate two functional inequalities with the unknown mapping acting on an ordered ring. Our investigations are motivated by the notion of averaging operators and by some earlier studies of related functional equations.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

ADVANCED 15-LEVEL INVERTER DESIGN FOR SOLAR PV INTEGRATION
A new 15 level inverter is presented in the paper to improve the solar photovoltaic (PV) grid integration process. Improved substantially in the pattern of waves quality with the current THD 3.91%, and voltage THD to 15.77%.

Connected operators: A review of region-based morphological image processing techniques
Connected operators are filtering tools that act by merging elementary regions called flat zones. Connecting operators cannot create new contours nor modify their position. Therefore, they have very good contour preservation properties and are capable of both low-level filtering and higher-level object recognition.

The Normed Ordered Cone of Operator Connections
A connection in Kubo-Ando sense is a binary operation for positive operators on a Hilbert space satisfying the monotonicity, the transformer inequality and the continuity from above. A mean is a connection $ $ such that $A A =A$ for all positive operators $A$.
