A Fully Soft Sensing Suit With Optimal Sensor Placement for Real‐Time Motion Tracking
A fully soft, skin‐conformable sensing suit integrating stretchable sensors, liquid metal wiring, and soft electrodes was developed using direct ink writing, with sensor placement optimized through an automated algorithmic pipeline. This system enables accurate and unobtrusive real‐time motion tracking, providing a scalable, material‐based solution to ...

Low-Cost Optical Camera Communications for IoT
2023 IEEE 34th Annual International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications (PIMRC), 2023Visible light communication (VLC) based on an optical camera system is a promising technology for indoor IoT applications. It offers advantages such as reduced interference and improved performance but also suffers from limited data rate transmission due to the fixed capture rate of an image sensor.

Near-Infrared based Optical Camera Communications
2022 13th International Symposium on Communication Systems, Networks and Digital Signal Processing (CSNDSP), 2022We report, for the first time in the literature, an optical camera communications (OCC) link leveraging a near-infrared band at a wavelength of 850 nm that is visible to a standard camera and undetectable by the human eye. An experimental test-bed is developed and evaluated for the proposed system.
