Imaging ellipsometry of graphene [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Imaging ellipsometry studies of graphene on SiO2/Si and crystalline GaAs are presented. We demonstrate that imaging ellipsometry is a powerful tool to detect and characterize graphene on any flat substrate.

Accelerating biopharmaceutical cell line selection with label-free multimodal nonlinear optical microscopy and machine learning

open access: yesCommunications Biology
The selection of high-performing cell lines is crucial for biopharmaceutical production but is often time-consuming and labor-intensive. We investigated label-free multimodal nonlinear optical microscopy for non-perturbative profiling of ...

B cell mechanobiology in health and disease: emerging techniques and insights into therapeutic responses

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
B cells sense external mechanical forces and convert them into biochemical signals through mechanotransduction. Understanding how malignant B cells respond to physical stimuli represents a groundbreaking area of research. This review examines the key mechano‐related molecules and pathways in B lymphocytes, highlights the most relevant techniques to ...

Aberrated dark-field imaging systems [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
We study generalized dark-field imaging systems. These are a subset of linear shift-invariant optical imaging systems, that exhibit arbitrary aberrations, and for which normally-incident plane-wave input yields zero output.
