Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.

Channel Estimation for Diffusive Molecular Communications
In molecular communication (MC) systems, the \textit{expected} number of molecules observed at the receiver over time after the instantaneous release of molecules by the transmitter is referred to as the channel impulse response (CIR).

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

REVISITING BID DESIGN ISSUES IN CONTINGENT VALUATION [PDF]
A uniform bid design from a predetermined uniform distribution is proposed as a practical and robust alternative to existing optimal or naïve bid designs.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Bias and Efficiency of Uniform Bid Design in Contingent Valuation [PDF]
While contingent valuation (CV) methods have experienced growing popularity for estimating the willingness to pay for nonmarket goods and services, optimal bid designs for CV that provide guidance in bid point placement often render themselves ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Robust designs in non-inferiority three arm clinical trials with presence of heteroscedasticity [PDF]
In this paper, we describe an adjusted method to facilitate a non-inferiority trial by a three-arm robust design. Because local optimal designs derived in Hasler et al.
