Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.

Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation
ABSTRACT This study characterizes movement disorders and treatment responses in seven children with Aicardi–Goutières syndrome (AGS). We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.

Optimal stopping made easy [PDF]
This paper presents a simple discrete time model for valuing real options. A short proof of optimal exercise rules for the standard problems in the real options theory is given in the binomial and trinomial models, and more generally, when the underlying

Belief-Based Model of Career Dropout Under Monopsonistic Employment and Noisy Evaluation
This paper develops a belief-based dynamic optimisation framework to explain career continuation decisions in settings characterised by monopsonistic employment and asymmetric performance evaluation.

Optimal Timing to Trade along a Randomized Brownian Bridge
This paper studies an optimal trading problem that incorporates the trader’s market view on the terminal asset price distribution and uninformative noise embedded in the asset price dynamics.

Optimal stopping under uncertainty in drift and jump intensity
This paper studies the optimal stopping problem in the presence of model uncertainty (ambiguity). We develop a numerically implementable method to solve this problem in a general setting, allowing for general time-consistent ambiguity-averse preferences ...

Semi-tractability of optimal stopping problems via a weighted stochastic mesh algorithm [PDF]
In this article we propose a Weighted Stochastic Mesh (WSM) algorithm for approximating the value of discrete and continuous time optimal stopping problems.

A Two‐Stage Questionnaire and Actigraphy Screening for iRBD in a Multicenter Retrospective Cohort
ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid‐eye‐movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodromal marker of synucleinopathies. However, most cases remain undiagnosed due to the insufficient predictive value of questionnaires and limited access to confirmatory video‐polysomnography. We assessed a two‐stage screening strategy combining a brief questionnaire on rapid‐
