EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Fredholm linear operators associated with ordinary differential equations on noncompact intervals
In the noncompact interval $J=[a,infty )$ we consider a linear problem of the form $Lx=y,; x in S$, where $L$ is a first order differential operator, $y$ a locally summable function in $J$, and $S$ a subspace of the Fr'{e}chet space of the locally ...

A canonical form for a class of ordinary differential operators
A canonical form is developed for each member of a large class of nth order linear ordinary differential operators, acting on L p ( 0 , 1 ) {L^p}(0,1)

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Some results on essential spectra of differential operators in Banach spaces
In this paper we investigate spectral and semi‐Predholm properties of maximum and minimum Puchsian differential operators on Lebesgue spaces on a semi‐axis. These results are applied for determination of various essential spectra and spectrum of ordinary

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

The nonlocal problem for the differential-operator equation of the even order with the involution
In this paper, the problem with boundary nonself-adjoint conditions for a differential-operator equations of the order $2n$ with involution is studied. Spectral properties of operator of the problem is investigated.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Ordinary Differential Operators with Complex Coefficients
The object of this dissertation is to investigate the properties, associated boundary conditions and generalized resolvents of symmetric ordinary differential operators associated with formally self-adjoint nth order ordinary differential expressions ...

Generalized Spectral Theory and Second Order Ordinary Differential Operators
This paper continues the study, begun in [7], of the spectral theory of non-self-ad joint second order ordinary differential operators on a half-line. The case of a ‘Very small” potential was studied in [4; 5; 6].
