This article reviews over 100 studies on boron, phosphorus, and nitrogen incorporation in CVD diamond. It examines the influence of gas‐phase dopant concentration and substrate orientation, showing efficient boron doping, orientation‐dependent phosphorus uptake, and consistently low nitrogen incorporation.
