Ocular hypertension induces early hyperactivity in inner retinal inhibitory circuitry before substantial retinal ganglion cell loss. Sustained pharmacological inhibition of GABAergic/glycinergic neurotransmission and Vgat‐targeted Lin28 expression suppress this hyperactivity and improve RGC survival without reducing intraocular pressure. These findings

This study identifies β‐adducin as a regulator of lysosomal integrity in ischemic neurons. Ischemia‐associated FTO loss increases m6A modification and destabilizes Add2 mRNA, reducing β‐adducin expression and promoting PLA2G4A accumulation at lysosomes.

RCI is associated with functional suppression of oxytocinergic neurons in the PVN. Reduced PVNOXT neuronal activity contributes to altered sympathetic regulation involving the IML–sympathetic chain pathway, accompanied by changes in norepinephrine signaling at the BTI.

What is this summary about? People with overactive bladder need to use the bathroom many times a day to urinate (pee). This need may often be sudden and may cause some people with overactive bladder to have accidental bladder leakage.

Lactate and H4K12la are elevated in Parkinson's disease. Mechanistically, p300‐mediated H4K12la enrichment at the HIF‐1α promoter upregulates HIF‐1α, which represses Ndufs1, impairing mitochondrial respiration and energy homeostasis in DA neurons.

The Use of Botulinum Toxin A in Idiopathic Overactive Bladder Syndrome
Overactive bladder syndrome continues to be a significant burden for the general population. Current first-line medical therapy often includes antimuscarinic medications designed for overactive bladder. Poor efficacy and significant side effects of these

We demonstrate a stochastic spiking neural network by integrating an α‐ln2Se3/h‐BN/CIPS FeFET synapse with an Au/CIPS/Au neuron. Unlike conventional memoryless stochastic neurons, the proposed neuron generates stochastic spikes through the evolution of internal ferroelectric polarization states, giving rise to intrinsic temporal correlations and ...

Thioredoxin‐2 Alleviates Osteoporosis by Restraining FOXO3a Nuclear Translocation
Endothelial TRX2 preserves bone homeostasis by retaining FOXO3a at mitochondria and limiting TRAIL production. Loss of TRX2 or oxidative stress releases FOXO3a for nuclear translocation, increasing endothelial TRAIL secretion and driving osteoclast formation and bone loss.
