Randomized crossover trial of a demand oxygen delivery system in nocturnal hypoxemia

open access: yesScientific Reports
The newly developed portable oxygen concentrator with an auto-demand oxygen delivery system (auto-DODS) automatically switches between 3 sensitivities according to the negative pressure gradient of inhalation and supplies oxygen only during inhalation ...

Inhalable ROS‐Responsive Nanospray Activates PPAR‐γ to Restore Macrophage Mitochondrial Homeostasis and Attenuate Radiation‐Induced Lung Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A nebulized nanoassembly alleviates radiation‐induced lung injury by reprogramming macrophages through coordinated ROS scavenging, NAD+ replenishment, and PPAR‐γ activation. Redox balance, mitochondrial homeostasis, and immune regulation are restored, revealing a microenvironment‐centered strategy for localized radioprotection.

Polydopamine Nanoparticle‐Mediated Precise Near‐Infrared Optical Stimulation for Cognitive Enhancement

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Polydopamine nanoparticles enable a precise, non‐genetic, and transcranial neuromodulation strategy via near‐infrared photothermal stimulation. By activating TRPV1 channels, this approach specifically enhances hippocampal gamma oscillations, thereby rescuing spatial memory deficits in models of perioperative neurocognitive disorder.

不同供氧方式高压氧治疗对手术治疗后卒中患者经皮氧分压影响的研究Effects of Different Oxygen Supply Methods during Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on the Transcutaneous Oximetry of Post-Surgery Stroke Patients

open access: yesZhongguo cuzhong zazhi

[Pulmonary hemodynamics during oxygen non-inhalation in patients with home oxygen therapy].

open access: yesNihon Kyobu Shikkan Gakkai zasshi, 1994
We examined the effects of the stopping of oxygen inhalation on pulmonary hemodynamics in 19 patients with stable chronic cor pulmonary with 1 year of Home Oxygen Therapy (HOT). All patients were classified into two groups in which hemodynamic examination was performed under oxygen inhalation (Group A; 10) or under air breathing from 4 hours before ...

QRICH1 Disrupts Endoplasmic Reticulum Homeostasis and Amplifies NF‐κB Signaling in Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells to Exacerbate Diabetic Periodontitis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
QRICH1 has been established as a key factor contributing to impaired osteogenic potential and accelerated apoptosis of PDLSCs in diabetic periodontitis. QRICH1 not only significantly enhances UPR‐associated apoptotic signaling but also amplifies NF‐κB‐mediated inflammatory responses. Its inhibition restores osteogenic capacity and reduces alveolar bone

Harmonizing Rigidity and Flexibility: Embedding COF Quantum Dots Into Extracellular Matrix Gel as Carbon Monoxide Depot for Acoustically Triggered Time‐Programmable Anti‐Infective Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.
