最近われわれは酸素吸入療法で治癒した腸管嚢胞様気腫の1症例を経験したので報告する.症例は75歳の女性,主訴は粘血便と泡沫状粘液の排泄であった.腹部単純X線写真で左上腹部に多数の小円形透亮像を認め,注腸造影でS状結腸に多数の円形隆起性病変を認め,内視鏡検査でS状結腸に多数の半球状隆起性病変を認めた.腸管嚢胞様気腫と診断し,51/分×5時間/日の酸素吸入療法を施行した.酸素投与後2週間で注腸X線検査上および内視鏡検査上隆起性病変の数は減少し,4週間後には消失した ...
