Three‐Layer‐Structured Garnet‐Dominant Composite Solid Electrolyte for Solid‐State Batteries
Carbon Energy, EarlyView.The three‐layer‐structured garnet‐dominant composite solid electrolyte (GD‐CSE) is designed for solid‐state batteries. The GD‐CSE is composed of over 80 wt. % contents of LGLZO. This three‐layer CSE has high ionic conductivity and high potential stability.

(NH4)2[Tc2O2(S2O7)4]: An Unexpected Technetium(V)‐Sulfate From the Reaction of (NH4)(TcO4) With SO3
Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.The reaction of the radioactive pertechnetate (99TcO4)− with the oxidizer SO3 leads to blue crystals of (NH4)2[Tc2O2(S2O7)4]. The complex dimeric [Tc2O2(S2O7)4]2− anion exhibits the technetium in the oxidation state V, showing that reduction occurs during the reaction.

Copper(II), a Peculiar Metal Ion for Complexation with Monensin A Ionophore
Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.Copper(II) forms three chiral and EPR‐active complexes with monensinate A in methanol. Beside the bis [CuL2] and mono [CuL]+ species, the new dinuclear construct [Cu2L]3+ exhibits an [ML]+‐type and a metal salt‐type copper(II) centers weakly bound to each other through counter ion(s) and thus, being magnetically independent.
