Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Anomaly and quantum corrections to solitons in two-dimensional theories with minimal supersymmetry
We reexamine the issue of the soliton mass in two-dimensional models with N =1 supersymmetry. The superalgebra has a central extension, and at the classical level the soliton solution preserves 1/2 of supersymmetry which is equivalent to BPS saturation ...

This study addressed how a senior research thesis is perceived by undergraduate students. It assessed students' perception of research skills, epistemological beliefs, and career goals in Biochemistry (science) and BDC (science‐business) students. Completing a thesis improved confidence in research skills, resilience, scientific identity, closed gender‐

Some generalized difference double sequence spaces defined by a sequence of Orlicz-functions
In the present paper we introduce some generalized difference double sequence spaces defined by a sequence of Orlicz-functions. We study some topological properties and some inclusion relations between these spaces.

Joint similarity to operators in noncommutative varieties
In this paper we solve several problems concerning joint similarity to n-tuples of operators in noncommutative varieties in $[B(\cH)^n]_1$ associated with positive regular free holomorphic functions in $n$ noncommuting variables and with sets of ...

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

Diffuse pollution, globally affecting water quality by delivery of sediment, nutrients, pathogens and agro-chemicals from farmland, often has dominant flowpaths connecting to discrete channel delivery points, where field-edge mitigation can be optimally ...

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Double sequence transformations that guarantee a given rate of p-convergence
In this paper the following sequence space is presented. Let [t] be a positive double sequence and define the sequence space ?''(t) = {complex sequences x : xk,l = O(tk,l)}. The set of geometrically dominated double sequences is defined as G'' = U r,s?(0,1) G(r, s) where G(r, s) = {complex sequences x : x k,l = O(rk sl)} for each r, s in ...
