Coleman–Weinberg potential in p-adic field theory
In this paper, we study $$\lambda \phi ^4$$ λ ϕ 4 scalar field theory defined on the unramified extension of p-adic numbers $${\mathbb {Q}}_{p^n}$$ Q p n .

The p-q theory for active filter control: some problems and solutions [PDF]
The instantaneous active and reactive power theory or the p-q Theory is widely used to design controllers for active filters. This paper deals with some problems due to the misinterpretations of this theory. A historical background of the theory is presented and the problem caused by distorted voltages at the point of common connection (PCC) is ...

Mapping the evolution of mitochondrial complex I through structural variation
Respiratory complex I (CI) is crucial for bioenergetic metabolism in many prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is composed of a conserved set of core subunits and additional accessory subunits that vary depending on the organism. Here, we categorize CI subunits from available structures to map the evolution of CI across eukaryotes. Respiratory complex I (CI)

Non-hyperbolic 3-manifolds and bulk field theories for supersymmetric/W N minimal models
Building on the work of Gang, Kang, and Kim [ arXiv:2405.16377 ], we propose 3D bulk dual field theories for 2D N = 1 $$ \mathcal{N}=1 $$ supersymmetric minimal models SM(P, Q) and W N algebra minimal models W N (P, Q). We associate to SM(P, Q) a Seifert

A Combinatorial Model for $q$-Generalized Stirling and Bell Numbers [PDF]
We describe a combinatorial model for the $q$-analogs of the generalized Stirling numbers in terms of bugs and colonies. Using both algebraic and combinatorial methods, we derive explicit formulas, recursions and generating functions for these $q ...

Clifford Fourier-Mellin transform with two real square roots of -1 in Cl(p,q), p+q=2
We describe a non-commutative generalization of the complex Fourier-Mellin transform to Clifford algebra valued signal functions over the domain $\R^{p,q}$ taking values in Cl(p,q), p+q=2.

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Determination of the Active Power Filter Type Based on the Component to be Compensated
Power converters affected by nonlinear loads cause the current from the grid. Because of this harmonic distortion current and voltage wave forms of grid becomes sum of the fundamental component and other sinusoidal components having different frequency ...

Three-dimensional teleparallel Chern-Simons supergravity theory
In this work we present a gauge-invariant three-dimensional teleparallel supergravity theory using the Chern-Simons formalism. The present construction is based on a supersymmetric extension of a particular deformation of the Poincaré algebra.

Topological B-Model on Weighted Projective Spaces and Self-Dual Models in Four Dimensions
It was recently shown by Witten on the basis of several examples that the topological B-model whose target space is a Calabi-Yau (CY) supermanifold is equivalent to holomorphic Chern-Simons (hCS) theory on the same supermanifold.
