P300 subcomponents and clinical symptoms in schizophrenia.
A small P300 component of the auditory event-related potential has been found to predict poor clinical outcome with a higher amount of thought disorders in schizophrenia and has been proposed as a marker for an underlying neurodevelopmental disorder with

ABSTRACT Gut microbiota dysbiosis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) tumorigenesis. A global fecal metagenomic analysis identified Gemella morbillorum as a key contributor to the CRC‐associated microbiota. Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed that Gemella morbillorum is enriched in CRC tumor tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.

The Landscape and Regulation of Histone Crotonylation in Mammalian Gametes and Early Embryos
Histone crotonylation undergoes a genome‐wide transition from broad domains to canonical narrow peaks during minor zygotic genome activation (ZGA). This remodeling is required for proper major ZGA and blastocyst formation. Disruption of this transition by transcriptional inhibition, metabolic perturbation, or HDAC1 dysfunction impairs embryonic ...

p300, and p300-associated proteins, are components of TATA-binding protein (TBP) complexes
The transforming proteins encoded by the adenovirus E1A gene bind to a 300-kDa cellular product, p300, via the N-terminal E1A sequences. Residues important for p300 binding are required for the transformation function of E1A and for other E1A-mediated ...
