Nihon Naika Gakkai Zasshi, 1988 症例. 28才,男性. 15才より顔面の皮膚肥厚,ばち状指,膝関節痛が出現,骨膜性骨新生を伴いpachydermoperiostosisと診断した. 1年前に低K血症(2.8mEq/l)を指摘され, 2カ月前より筋力低下が出現したために入院.血圧130/60mmHg.血漿renin活性34.3ng/ml/h,血清aldosterone 11.3ng/dlと共に高値, angiotensin IIに対する昇圧反応は低下,遠位ネフロンCl再吸収能は0.63と低値を示した.腎生検組織像で傍糸球体装置の過形成を認めた.
