ABSTRACT Purpose Post‐acne erythema (PAE) is a common sequela of inflammatory acne. Pulsed dye laser is effective for vascular erythema but is associated with purpura and downtime. This study evaluated the real‐world effectiveness and tolerability of a standardized, color‐guided long‐pulsed 532/1064‐nm KTP/Nd:YAG protocol for PAE.

A generative AI pipeline identifies SCP‐1, a conformation‐locking peptide that stabilizes inactive STING. Incorporated into a dual‐responsive hydrogel for localized, MMP‐9‐triggered release, SCP‐1 suppresses inflammation, promotes reparative macrophage polarization, and accelerates diabetic wound healing.

Production of Bixin‐Rich Extracts From Annatto Seeds via Ethanol–Water Extraction Integrated With Ultrafiltration Technology
