Effects of proton therapy on the tumor immune system and clinical implications: A review
Proton therapy is a novel radiotherapy technique. We review four aspects of proton therapy: application in various tumors, effects on the tumor immune system, combination with other therapies, and future challenges. By presenting these aspects in this review, we aim to inspire clinical interventions.
