MiR‐940 Suppresses Ferroptosis by Controlling Expression of Key Regulatory Genes
A CRISPR‐based screening identified miR‐940 as a critical suppressor of ferroptosis in cancer. By coordinating the downregulation of pro‐ferroptotic genes with the upregulation of GPX4, miR‐940 establishes a regulatory network that protects against ferroptosis and correlates with poor clinical outcomes in distinct cancer entities.

Evaluation of Resection of the Papilla of Vater for the Treatment of Cancer in the Papilla of Vater
We evaluated the resection of the papilla of Vater performed in patients with cancer in the papilla of Vater. The subjects were 6 patients who underwent resection of the papilla of Vater between January 1969 and December 2001. The patients aged 57-87 years consisted of 3 males and 3 females. The maximal diameter of the tumors was 0.5 cm in 1 patient, 1.

This non‑enzymatic function of DHODH drives sunitinib resistance by competing with TRIM37 to block TRIM28 ubiquitination, thereby stabilizing TRIM28 and activating VEGFA transcription. Disrupting the DHODH–TRIM28 interaction with lisaftoclax restores drug sensitivity.

Randomized preclinical study of machine perfusion in vascularized composite allografts
This study was designed to identify the optimum machine perfusion parameters for preservation of limbs before transplantation, and determine whether this was better than cold storage. Normothermic machine perfusion at a pressure of 70 mmHg (NMP‐70) provided superior preservation to cold storage after transplantation.
