Program development using abstract interpretation (and the ciao system preprocessor)
The technique of Abstract Interpretation has allowed the development of very sophisticated global program analyses which are at the same time provably correct and practical.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

A coarse-grained parallelization of genetic algorithms
Genetic algorithms are frequently used to solve optimization problems. However, the problems become increasingly complex and time consuming. One solution to speed up the genetic algorithm processing is to use parallelization. The proposed parallelization

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

InParS: an experimental intelligent parallelization system
In this paper we discuss the design and implementation of an intelligent program parallelization system, called InParS. This system in based on intelligent parallelization models proposed by many researchers in the area of parallelizing compilers.

Managing Parallelism in Parallel Systems.
A fundamental problem of parallel computing is that applications often require large-size instances of an algorithm while parallel systems are generally hardwired architectures which cannot be easily reconfigured according to program size or structure.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.
