Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Bayesian non-parametric ordinal regression under a monotonicity constraint

open access: yes, 2022
Compared to the nominal scale, the ordinal scale for a categorical outcome variable has the property of making a monotonicity assumption for the covariate effects meaningful.

Settlement control of slurry shield tunnelling crossing adjacent buildings in mixed ground of round gravel and mudstone

open access: yesYantu gongcheng xuebao, 2017
The micro-disturbed construction in mixed ground is a major challenge in the shield tunnelling construction. The Nanning metro line 1 crossing You'ai buildings is confronted with the challenge of mixed ground of round gravel and mudstone.

Parametric Functional Principal Component Analysis

open access: yesBiometrics, 2017
Summary Functional principal component analysis (FPCA) is a popular approach in functional data analysis to explore major sources of variation in a sample of random curves. These major sources of variation are represented by functional principal components (FPCs).

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Modification of the Prony method for information-measuring systems

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений. Поволжский регион:Технические науки
Background. It is proposed to use a modified Prony algorithm based on a vector overdetermined model in problems of determining the parameters of complex-shaped signals. It is compared with the classical Prony method. The advantage of the modified Prony

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

An efficient, parametric fixpoint algorithm for analysis of java bytecode

open access: yes, 2007
interpretation has been widely used for the analysis of object-oriented languages and, in particular, Java source and bytecode. However, while most existing work deals with the problem of flnding expressive abstract domains that track accurately the ...
