Optimal control of stochastic partial differential equations in Banach spaces [PDF]
In this thesis we study optimal control problems in Banach spaces for stochastic partial differential equations. We investigate two different approaches.

Natural Transform Decomposition Method for Solving Fractional-Order Partial Differential Equations with Proportional Delay [PDF]
In the present article, fractional-order partial differential equations with proportional delay, including generalized Burger equations with proportional delay are solved by using Natural transform decomposition method.

Drosophila park mutants serve as a model for Parkinson's disease. We used this strain to investigate the connection between oxidative stress and the circadian clock mechanism. We showed that increased oxidative stress affects the physiology of pacemaker cells, disrupting their daily structural plasticity. Lack of rhythmic signaling from pacemaker cells

Introduction to Partial Differential Equations [PDF]
Partial differential equations (PDEs) describe the relationships among the derivatives of an unknown function with respect to different independent variables, such as time and position.

α‐Synuclein aggregation landscape from phase separation to neurotoxic intermediates
Alpha‐synuclein aggregation in Parkinson's disease involves a complex landscape of transient intermediates, including oligomers, fibrils and liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS). A view is emerging in which LLPS maturation into solid‐like condensates may contribute to the formation of neurotoxic species.

Periodic solutions for some partial neutral functional differential equations
In this work, we study the existence of periodic solutions for partial neutral functional differential equation. We assume that the linear part is not necessarily densely defined and satisfies the Hille-Yosida condition.

Inverse problem for a Fredholm third order partial integro-differential equation
The solvability of various problems for partial differential equations of the third order is researched in many papers. But, partial Fredholm integro-differential equations of the third order are studied comparatively less. Integro-differential equations

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

On a system of nonlinear partial functional differential equations
Summary: We consider a system of a semilinear hyperbolic functional differential equation (where the lower order terms contain functional dependence on the unknown functions) with initial and boundary conditions and a quasilinear elliptic functional differential equation (containing \(t\) as a parameter) with boundary conditions. Existence of solutions
