In this paper, we propose enhanced adaptive step size Perturb and Observe (P&O) maximum power point tracking (MPPT) with properly organized comparison sequences which lead to achieving the actual maximum power point (MPP) effectively in the presence of ...

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

Research on the Impact of Partial Shading on Large-scale
Based on the theory analysis, it established the mathematical model of PV array under partial shading conditions. With simulation, it analyzed the limitations of traditional single channel, single peak MPPT tracking algorithm in partial shading ...

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

A mismatch in the output power of photovoltaic (PV) modules in a PV array can occur due to partial shading or a module replacement. Substitution of a module in a PV array with a new one might lead to different current and voltage characteristics between ...

Three Shades of Partial Protection in Elastic Optical Networks
Partial protection strategies based on the observation that in failure events, a service can tolerate a certain amount of degradation and therefore by reducing the protection traffic in the network, better spectrum utilization could be attained. Such concept has been widely studied in the traditional WDM context and yet has been somehow faded due to ...

Probabilistic Modeling of Partial Shading of Photovoltaic Arrays [PDF]
The probabilistic modeling technique is used in this paper to ascertain the performance of energy conversion of a photovoltaic (PV) array under the influence of partial shading. Three cases of increasing complexity are studied in this paper. The first case is to find the probability density function (pdf) of the maximum power output (MPO) of a single ...
