A reconfigurable RRAM platform utilizing thermally pre‐formed filaments (TPFs) is developed to realize robust hardware security. By exploiting the thermodynamic stochasticity of TPFs, exceptionally reliable physically unclonable functions (PUFs) are achieved.

Asymmetric cannibal dark matter: constraints from neutron star
Asymmetric dark matter can be efficiently captured by neutron stars via elastic scattering with nucleons and dark matter self scattering. The accumulated dark matter thermalizes and concentrates in the stellar interior, forming a dark matter core.

Bandgap‐engineered AlGaAs/GaAs heterostructures exhibit wavelength‐selective dual‐polarity photoelectrochemistry, switching from photocathodic to photoanodic response depending on excitation wavelength. The polarity transition is governed by band‐selective absorption, built‐in electric‐field‐driven carrier transport, and interfacial charge‐transfer ...

There are many astrophysical observations and cosmological evidence for the existence of dark matter (DM), but little is known of its particle nature. The Standard Model (SM) does not predict its existence, however numerous theories beyond the Standard ...

Dark Matter Detection Phenomenology [PDF]
In the last century, cosmological and astrophysical observations indicated that ~ 85% of the matter in the universe is inert, non-baryonic and non-luminous dark matter.

Interface Effects in Ultrathin Silicon on Insulator Films
This work establishes a systematic framework to discriminate how bulk and interface phenomena affect charge transport in ultrathin P‐doped silicon‐on‐insulator (SOI) films. For Si films below 15 nm, electrical characterization demonstrates that interface states drive charge transport, shifting the metal‐insulator transition (MIT) critical dopant ...

Conformal freeze-in from neutrino portal
We study a scenario where a dark sector, described by a Conformal Field Theory (CFT), interacts with the Standard Model through the neutrino portal. In this setup, conformal invariance breaks below the electroweak scale, causing the theory to transition ...

Particle/Antiparticle Nature of Light Dark Matter in Direct Detection
In the last century, astronomers have concluded that the luminous mass in the Universe impossibly can be responsible for the huge gravitational pull observed in stellar and galactic systems.

Coagulative granular hydrogels are composed of packed thrombin‐functionalized microgels that catalyze the conversion of fibrinogen into a secondary fibrin network, filling the interstitial voids. This bio‐inspired approach stabilizes the biomaterial to match the robustness of bulk hydrogels without compromising injectability, mimicking the initial ...

Higgs-portal spin-1 dark matter with parity-violating interaction
We introduce the spin-1 U(1) X gauged field X with Z 2 odd dark parity to evade the current strong constraints on kinetic mixing. Then, X becomes stable and a candidate for the dark matter. The lowest mass dimension of interaction is six, and the type is
