This systematic review highlights the antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory effects of watercress (WC) supplementation in randomized controlled trials. Despite the heterogeneity in WC formulations, dosage, follow‐up, and outcomes, WC demonstrated improvements in biomarkers such as IL‐1, IL‐6, TNF‐α, and antioxidant enzymes.
