scRNA‐Seq in Gastric Cancer Reveals Macrophage‐Derived C1q as a Diagnostic Marker
Single‐cell sequencing of GC analyzed the tumor microenvironment and discovered the C1QA+ TAMs subpopulation with immunosuppressive function. The role of C1q in the prognosis and diagnosis of GC was demonstrated through plasma and tumor tissue from the GC cohort.

DEVELOPMENT OF ROCK CUTTING TOOL WITH PDC CUTTERS
Relevance. When developing a tool for drilling wells for various purposes, the main optimization criteria are the increase in mechanical speed and its resource. This is especially true for rock cutting tools intended for drilling in changing geological conditions of deep and inclined wells.

Abstract figure legend An evaluation of the degree to which mitochondrial hydrogen peroxide emission (mH2O2)‐mediated apoptotic and necroptotic signalling contributes to skeletal muscle atrophy in an orthotopic epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) model. To determine whether attenuating mH2O2 could prevent regulated cell death signalling and mitigate muscle

A Literature Review on Non-planar PDC Cutter
Since the introduction of PDC bits in 1973, significant advancements have been achieved in drilling efficiency. However, to address the diverse requirements of various formation rocks—such as differences in hardness, strong abrasiveness, and heterogeneity—and to further enhance drilling performance, several companies worldwide have continuously ...

ABSTRACT A common paradigm in behavioral neuroscience involves recording neural activity from freely moving rodents as they forage in an open field. This procedure is often used in studies investigating spatial navigation, where recording is conducted in regions such as the hippocampus and entorhinal cortex.

Finite element modelling of rock mass cutting by cutters for PDC drill bits
A finite element model of the process of polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) drill bit cutters cutting rocks was built, and the rock linear and circular cutting processes for different shapes of PDC drill bit cutters were simulated.

Nanoemulsion delivery of a TLR7 agonist enhances safety and promotes colocalization with Leishmania‐infected macrophages in skin lesions, enabling a ∼2‐log reduction in parasite burden. However, tissue‐level constraints and TLR‐driven regulatory feedback generate a mixed immune response that limits complete parasite clearance.
