This study identifies ARID3A as a key immunosuppressive transcription factor in TNBC. Its inhibition activates the type I IFN pathway, boosting CD8+ T cell infiltration and sensitizing tumors to anti‐PD‐1. The FDA‐approved migraine drug Rimegepant targets ARID3A, enhances immunotherapy efficacy in preclinical models, and establishes a druggable axis to

The Importance of Metal‐Organic Framework Linker Atoms for CO2 Reduction: A DFT Study
Using DFT, we examine the role of linker atoms in CO2 reduction on copper‐based metal organic frameworks (Cu MOFs). Our calculations reveal that linker atoms may serve as both CO2 and H‐shuttling sites and suggest linker electrostatics as a descriptor for linker activity. ABSTRACT Although the metal within the secondary building unit of a metal‐organic

High‐throughput screening led to the identification of 67 Z‐scheme heterojunctions (comprising 2D magnetic transition metal halides and non‐magnetic transition metal chalcogenides). For CrI3/MoTe2 and CrI3/WTe2, electronic structure analysis demonstrated that synergistic crystallographic point group and built‐in electric field effects generate a ...

The mechanism studies of ethanol oxidation on PdO catalysts by TPSR techniques
The paper studies the direct oxidation of ethanol and CO on PdO/Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 and Ce(0.75)Zr(0.2)5O(2) catalysts. Characterization of catalysts is carried out by temperature-programmed desorption (TPD), temperature-programmed surface reaction (TPSR ...

MetalCenter‐Dependent Selectivity Divergence in MN4 Single‐Atom Catalysts for Aerobic HMF Oxidation
Two single‐atom catalysts with M‐N4 configurations (FeN4 and CoN4) were developed for selective HMF oxidation. FeN4 achieves 93.9% selectivity toward FFCA via superoxide anions (O2•−), while CoN4 preferentially produces FDCA through hydroxyl radicals (•OH). DFT calculations reveal that distinct adsorption energies and charge redistribution at the metal

Catalytic oxidation of methane over PdO in wire microcalorimetry
A two-dimensional model of a weakly buoyant flow over a horizontal wire with surface reaction was developed, using a literature mechanism, to simulate the heat release rate of the catalytic oxidation of methane (2 vol.% in air) over a Pd wire with a ...

Polymorphic Superparaelectric Engineering Boosting Energy Storage Capacity in BaTiO3‐Based Ceramics
Herein, Ca2+ incorporation promotes the coexistence of CaTiO3‐/BaTiO3‐derived paraferroelectric states, stabilizing cubic‐orthorhombic‐tetragonal polymorphic superparaelectric phases. This minimizes polarization energy barriers, facilitating full polarization saturation without compromising efficiency.
