Roll‐to‐Roll Processable EC/TC Hybrid Smart Windows Driven by a Bidirectional Dual‐Chromic Polymer Electrolyte

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
We present a scalable EC/TC hybrid smart window using a DCPE that enables tunable solar modulation (ΔTsol:15–43%), fast electrochromic switching (<90 s), and strong thermal blocking (10–14°C reduction). HPMC improves thermal stability, while an optimized ISL enhances EC performance.

Celastrol-Loaded Conductive Hydrogel Mitigates Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury and Restores Electrophysiological Function. [PDF]

open access: yesAdv Sci (Weinh)
Schematic illustration of the Pluronic F127 diacrylate/gelatin methacryloyl/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/celastrol hydrogel (FGPC) for localized myocardial ischemia–reperfusion injury treatment. FGPC combines sustained celastrol delivery with PEDOT:PSS‐mediated conductive support to attenuate acute oxidative/inflammatory ...

Oligoethylene Glycol Side‐Chain Engineering of Y6‐Derived Nonfullerene Acceptors for Thermally Induced Spontaneous Pseudo‐Planar Heterojunction Organic Photodetectors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
OEG‐functionalized Y6‐derived acceptors induce thermally driven vertical phase separation, enabling pseudo‐planar heterojunction organic photodetectors. The resulting PM6:YTEG‐4F and PM6:YTEG‐4Cl organic photodetectors suppress dark current density by approximately 260‐fold and 210‐fold, respectively, while maintaining efficient photoresponse ...

The electrical properties of PEDOT:PSS nanofibers [PDF]

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 2016
Fabrication of nanofibers based on conducting polymer of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) doped with poly(p-phenylene sulfide) or PEDOT:PSS has been carried out using electrospinning technique. In this study, poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) as a matrix was added. I addition, the dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was also added to PEDOT:PSS/PVA nanofibers to

Ion‐Reconfigurable “N”‐Shaped Antiambipolar Behavior in Organic Electrochemical Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A unique N‐shaped negative differential transconductance (NDT) characteristics is demonstrated in single‐polymer organic electrochemical transistors through a sequential doping–redox–doping process driven by iodide ions. This redox‐driven mechanism enables low‐voltage, ion‐controlled reconfigurability and tunable current modulation, allowing seamless ...
