Isolation and properties of the trypsin-derived ADP-ribosyl peptide from diphtheria toxin-modified yeast elongation factor 2.

open access: yesJournal of Biological Chemistry, 1978
We have developed a method for the purification in micromole amounts of the trypsin-derived ADP-ribosyl peptide from diphtheria toxin-modified yeast elongation factor 2 (EF-2). EF-2 was partially purified (15 to 20% purity) by ammonium sulfate precipitation and DEAE-Sephadex chromatography.

Expression and purification of an NSD3-GB1 fusion protein as a way to study the structure of complex formation with Brd4 ET. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
The BRD4 protein belongs to the bromodomain and extraterminal domain (BET) family of eukaryotic transcription factors, and is linked to several types of cancer, inflammation, and obesity.

Expression of MHC II genes

open access: yes, 2005
Innate and adaptive immunity are connected via antigen processing and presentation (APP), which results in the presentation of antigenic peptides to T cells in the complex with the major histocompatibility (MHC) determinants.
