We evaluated circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) detection in advanced pancreatic cancer using DNA methylation, cell‐free DNA fragment lengths, and 5′ end motifs. Machine learning models were trained to estimate ctDNA levels from each feature and their combination.

Electromagnetic dissociation of relativistic $^8$B nuclei in nuclear track emulsion
Experimental data on fragmentation channels in peripheral interactions of $^8$B nuclei in nuclear track emulsions are presented. A detailed analysis made it possible to justify selections of events of the electromagnetic-dissociation process $^8$B $\to^7$

Characterization of ribosome heterogeneity during endothelial to hematopoietic transition
The panorama of ribosome heterogeneity during embryonic hematopoiesis has not yet been portrayed. In this study, utilizing dual‐omics data, the heterogenous dynamic of ribosome during endothelial‐to‐hematopoietic transition has been systemically described. Moreover, stage‐specific upregulation and peripheral localization of RPL27 and RACK1 in hemogenic

Light-front representation of chiral dynamics in peripheral transverse densities
The nucleon's electromagnetic form factors are expressed in terms of the transverse densities of charge and magnetization at fixed light-front time. At peripheral transverse distances $b = O(M_\pi^{-1})$ the densities are governed by chiral dynamics and ...

Subcutaneous implantation of murine Panc02 pancreatic cancer cells depleted of sST2, a soluble decoy receptor for the proinflammatory interleukin‐33 (IL‐33), leads to a decreased number of GLUT4‐positive cancer‐associated adipocytes, reduced levels of the anti‐inflammatory molecule adiponectin, increased phosphorylation of IκBα, elevated Cxcl3 ...

Ultra-peripheral collisions and hadronic structure
Ultra-peripheral collisions are the energy frontier for photon-mediated interactions, reaching, at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), $\gamma-p$ center of mass energies five to ten times higher than at HERA and reaching $\gamma\gamma$ energies higher than ...

Key role for inhibins in effective T cell activation, migration and Th17 differentiation
Activins/inhibins modulate immune responses. Here, we show that inhibins can be produced very early after T cell activation and can act in an autocrine way, favoring Th1 versus Th17 differentiation and CCL19/CCL21 mediated migration. Recombinant inhibin A can restore the Th1/Th17 balance, highlighting the role of inhibins as key regulators of T cell ...

Under environmental changes, the expression level of neuropeptide (NP) and neuropeptide receptor (NPR) genes changes to confer context‐dependent adaptation to the model organism Drosophila melanogaster. Through finding more regulatory elements in the NPR genes in comparison with their ligands (NPs), we found that NPR‐biased transcriptional regulation ...
