Villoglandular Adenocarcinoma of the Cervix With Ovarian Metastasis Mimicking a Borderline Ovarian Tumor: A Rare Case Report

ABSTRACT This case reports rare cervical villoglandular adenocarcinoma metastasizing to the ovary with a deceptive borderline‐like morphology. Diagnosis relied on matching immunohistochemistry and HPV16 DNA detection in both sites. The patient underwent surgery and chemoradiotherapy, remaining recurrence‐free.

A 64 years old woman with abdominal pain, weight loss, and anemia had a massive adrenal tumor that required complex surgery. ACC should be considered in large abdominal masses. Complete surgical resection is essential.
