Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Approximate solution to a hybrid model with stochastic volatility: a singular-perturbation strategy
We study a hybrid model of Schobel-Zhu-Hull-White-type from a singular-perturbation-analysis perspective. The merit of the paper is twofold: On one hand, we find boundary conditions for the deterministic non-linear degenerate parabolic partial ...

Singular value decomposition-based multiuser multiple-input multiple-output vector perturbation-aided downlink transmitter and lattice-reduction-assisted uplink receiver pair [PDF]
: A full-duplex uplink/downlink (UL/DL) system having a UL transmitter/receiver (transceiver) pair and a DL transceiver is considered. Both the UL and DL are improved.

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Multi-Step Perturbation Solution of Nonlinear Rational Expectations Models [PDF]
This paper develops and illustrates the multi-step generalization of the standard single-step perturbation (SSP) method or MSP. In SSP, we can think of evaluating at x the computed approximate solution based on x0, as moving from x0 to x in "one big step"

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Perturbative and non-perturbative QCD
In these lectures we give a concise introduction to the ideas of renormalon calculus in QED and QCD. We focus in particular on the example of the Adler D function of vacuum polarization, and on relations between perturbative renormalon ambiguities and corresponding non-perturbative Operator Product Expansion (OPE) ambiguities.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.
