Second-order bifurcation of limit cycles from a quadratic reversible center
This article concerns the bifurcation of limit cycles from a quadratic integrable and non-Hamiltonian system. By using the averaging theory, we show that under any small quadratic homogeneous perturbation, there is at most one limit cycle for the ...

Dynamics of numerical stochastic perturbation theory [PDF]
Numerical Stochastic Perturbation theory is a powerful tool for estimating high-order perturbative expansions in lattice quantum field theory. The standard algorithm based on the Langevin equation, however, suffers from several limitations which in ...

Perturbation solutions of fifth order oscillatory nonlinear systems
Oscillatory systems play an important role in the nature. Many engineering problems and physical systems of fifth degrees of freedom are oscillatory and their governing equations are fifth order nonlinear differential equations.

Perturbation determinants for singular perturbations
For proper extensions of a densely defined closed symmetric operator with trace class resolvent difference the perturbation determinant is studied in the framework of boundary triplet approach to extension theory.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

14‐day casting‐induced immobilization reduced gastrocnemius muscle mass and increased non‐heme iron and ferritin heavy chain levels. Despite iron accumulation, transferrin receptor 1 and iron regulatory protein 2 were paradoxically upregulated. Lipid peroxidation was elevated without compensatory antioxidant responses.

5‐Aminolevulinic acid combined with ferric ammonium citrate (5‐ALA/FAC) stimulates dermal papilla cell activity and promotes hair follicle growth. The treatment enhances ERK and AKT signaling, increases hair‐inductive gene expression, and restores dermal papilla function suppressed by dihydrotestosterone and oxidative stress, resulting in enhanced hair
