PHOTOPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF PERYLENE MOLECULE
In this work we investigated computationally the photophysics of the perylene molecule using the time‐dependent Density Functional Theory (TD-DFT). Particularly, we were interested in the vertical emission energy and radiative fluorescence lifetime of ...

Activatable smart contrast agents for photoacoustic imaging
This review highlights recent advances in smart activatable photoacoustic imaging (PAI) contrast agents, which dynamically modulate their optical properties in response to external stimuli or microenvironmental cues. It discusses their molecular design, activation mechanisms, biomedical applications, and future prospects for clinically tailored use ...

White light emitting molecular logic gates
White light emitting smart molecules with Boolean logic computing ability are surveyed. Abstract White light emitting (WLE) materials are of considerable interest with commercial and societal applications in video displays and lighting devices. A characteristic property of WLE materials is the luminescence profile spanning from 380 to 700 nm.

Uv Spectroscopy Of Perylene Co Vanderwaals Complexes
A preliminary study of perylene-CO van der Waals complexes has been conducted. The spectroscopy of the major in-plane and out-of-plane features of the 1:1 and 1:2 perylene-CO aggregates has been analyzed.

ABSTRACT This study evaluated the toxic effects of water‐accommodated fractions (WAFs) of very‐low sulfur fuel oil (VLSFO) on freshwater and marine fish embryos. Embryos of Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes), Java medaka (Oryzias javanicus), and grass puffer (Takifugu alboplumbeus) were exposed to various concentrations of VLSFO‐WAF, and the effects on ...

‐Porphyrin/Perylene‐bisimide Array
A side-to-face array DPy-gPBI[Ru(4-tBuTPP)(CO)]2, based on a “green” perylene bisimide chromophore sandwiched between two RuII-porphyrins, has been prepared by self-assembly. Its photophysical properties have been characterized in detail by a combination
