A Phage Typing System for Salmonella anatum
Avian Diseases, 1974SUMMARY A system is described for phage-typing Salmonella anatum. These serotypes are frequently recovered from avian, animal and human sources. With use of a number of bacteriophages isolated from sewage, 12 distinct phage types have been established thus far.
