Advanced Science, EarlyView.Cytoplasmic aggregation of TDP‐43 is a common pathological feature in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, frontotemporal lobar degeneration, and Alzheimer's disease with TDP‐43 pathology. This study reports that wild‐type PDI slows down phase separation of TDP‐43 through direct interaction with TDP‐43.

DNA Replication Errors Drive Genome‐Wide Small Inverted Triplication Dynamics
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study provides insight into the dynamic equilibrium mechanism of a novel structural variant, small inverted triplication (SIT), which is generated by misalignment of the 3’ flap generated under DNA replication stress with palindromic sequence. Alternatively, the end sequence may fold back on itself to form an inverted fragment.

Selective Inhibition of Integrin β3 Topology Provides a Safer Antithrombotic Strategy
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Current integrin αIIbβ3 inhibitors effectively reduce thrombosis but also increase bleeding risk. During thrombosis, high shear blood flow can directly activate the integrin αIIbβ3 via a distinct topological change in the β3 transmembrane domain, independent of hemostatic platelet signaling.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study establishes [68Ga]Ga‐DOTA‐AP9 as a first‐in‐human CD147‐targeted PET tracer with favorable safety and specific tumor uptake. Tracer accumulation correlates with CD147 expression in patients, enabling noninvasive quantification of CD147‐positive malignancies.

We developed ME@FDsi, a biomimetic nanodrug using a tetrahedral framework nucleic acid to deliver disulfiram and siTNFα.
