This study systematically compares small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) derived from four neural cell lines, revealing how cellular origin shapes vesicle biophysical properties and proteomic cargo. Distinct, lineage‐specific signatures linked to neuronal, astrocytic, and microglial functions are identified, highlighting the importance of cell source ...

We report a super‐resolution strategy that maps cholesterol‐rich membrane domains in whole, intact cells with an effective spatial resolution of ∼40 nm by combining expansion microscopy with a perfringolysin O domain 4 probe. This approach enables direct visualization of the spatial association between CD20 and CD38 complexes and cholesterol‐rich ...

Platelet membrane‐coated layered double hydroxide nanoparticles were engineered to target inflamed endothelium at early‐stage atherosclerosis and enhance therapeutic efficacy. The biomimetic platform improves stability, immune escape, and inflamed vascular cell targeting, resulting in reduced oxidative stress and downregulated adhesion molecules.
