Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

A Vectorial Approach for Generation of Optimal Current References for Multiphase Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Machines in Real Time [PDF]
This paper deals with the generation of optimal current references for multiphase permanent-magnet (PM) synchronous machines in normal or fault mode (open-circuited phases).

Thermal balancing of multiphase battery chargers controlled by phase shift
Power sources based on multiphase resonant converters, controlled by phase-shift at constant switching frequency, reduce conduction losses and enable current-mode operation for battery charger applications. However, phase-shift modulation in multiphase class D resonant converters inherently causes uneven current distribution among sections, leading to ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Ripple elimination for DC/AC DAB converter with phase shift and duty cycle control
Active ripple current reduction method is proposed for isolated DC/AC dual active bridge (DAB) converter to reduce the double grid frequency ripple in the DC current.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
