Online prediction of power system trajectories from phasor measurement unit (PMU) data

This paper proposes an online method to integrate the trajectories of differential-algebraic equations in the context of networked power systems. We predict these trajectories from a real-time data stream generated by phasor measurement units, combining newly incoming data with past information.

Analysis of damping oscillation using discrete control signals from Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU)

In this paper, the impact of damping electromechanical oscillation using discrete feedback signals from Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) was examined. The simulated PMU extracted phasor information by using conventional Discrete Fourier Transformation (DFT). Studies of the damping performance under various PMU reporting rate were also conducted.
