An Ultra‐Robust Memristor Based on Vertically Aligned Nanocomposite with Highly Defective Vertical Channels for Neuromorphic Computing

An ultra‐robust memristor based on SrTiO3‐CeO2 (S‐C) vertically aligned nanocomposite (VAN) achieving exceptional endurance of 1012 switching cycles via interface engineering. Artificial neural networks (ANNs) integrated with S‐C VAN memristors exhibit high training accuracy across multiple datasets.

Dual‐Surface Reaction Enabled Organic–Inorganic Hybrid Photodiodes for Faint Light Detection and Imaging

This work proposes a dual‐surface reaction strategy to optimize the interfacial contacts in organic–inorganic photodetectors. 1,4,5,8,9,11‐hexaazatriphenylene hexacarbonitrile (HAT‐CN) and ytterbium layers are designed to react with the Si surface, thus minimizing noise.

Chip‐Scale Graphene/IGZO Cold Source FET Array Enabling Sub‐60 mV dec−1 Super‐Steep Subthreshold Swing

Super‐steep subthreshold swing (SS) below 60 mV dec−1 is demonstrated in graphene/IGZO cold source transistor arrays. Linear density of states with Dirac cone in graphene suppressed the Boltzmann thermal tail, while high‐k HfO2 dielectric having small body factor enhanced gating efficiency, hereby further reducing SS. Combinatorial Screening for Europium Induced Defect Engineering in Titania Anodic Memristors

A Ti‐Eu thin‐film combinatorial libary (3‐17 at.% Eu) was fabricated by co‐sputtering and anodisation. Systematic screening revealed forming‐free memristors with analog switching, with compositions between 7‐17 at.% Eu showing improved endurance and multilevel resistive states.
