Influence of Emulsifiable Oils and Emulsifier on the Performance of Phenmedipham, Metoxuron, Sethoxydim, and Quizalofop

open access: yesWeed Technology, 1997
Field and growth chamber experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of emulsifiable mineral oil, emulsifiable rapeseed oil, and the emulsifier (polyoxyethylene C13/C15oxo alcohol) on the efficacy of phenmedipham and metoxuron against common lambsquarters, and of sethoxydim and the ethyl ester of quizalofop against winter wheat.

Avoidance behaviour of Enchytraeus albidus: Effects of Benomyl, Carbendazim, phenmedipham and different soil types

open access: yesChemosphere, 2005
Enchytraeids are typical inhabitants of many soils, contributing to vital processes of this environmental compartment. Indirectly they are involved in regulating the degradation of organic matter, as well as improving the pore structure of the soil. Due to their behaviour, they are able to avoid unfavourable environmental conditions.

Influence of soil organic matter content on the toxicity of pesticides to soil invertebrates: A review

open access: yesIntegrated Environmental Assessment and Management, Volume 19, Issue 6, Page 1457-1472, November 2023., 2023
Abstract A better understanding of how soil organic matter (OM) content influences pesticide toxicity to soil invertebrates is needed to improve the ecological relevance of risk assessment approaches. In the current study, soil invertebrate toxicity data (LC50 and EC50 values) were collected from studies determining the toxicity of organic chemicals in

Review of the existing maximum residue levels for cypermethrins according to Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005

open access: yesEFSA Journal, Volume 21, Issue 3, March 2023., 2023
Abstract According to Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels (MRLs) currently established at European level for the group of pesticide active substances cypermethrins. To assess the occurrence of cypermethrin, alpha‐cypermethrin, zeta‐cypermethrin, beta‐cypermethrin residues in plants, processed ...
