In U.S. adults with asthma‐COPD overlap (ACO) from NHANES 2007–2018, higher Healthy Eating Index‐2015 (HEI‐2015) scores (indicating better diet quality) and lower Dietary Inflammatory Index (DII) scores (indicating anti‐inflammatory diets) were independently and synergistically associated with reduced all‐cause mortality risk.
