Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the determination of phosphofructokinase from heart muscle. Fructose-1,6-di-P produced in the phosphofructokinase reaction can be determined enzymatically by coupling the enzyme with aldolase, triosephosphate isomerase, and α-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase systems.
